- updated Makefile to generate the README and html file from XML
- requires xsltproc and lynx
- more flexibility to come (e.g., finding alternatives to lynx if it is not
available)
- practically no new dependency introduced (xsltproc was required for the DB
stuff and lynx (or alternative) by docbook2txt tool)
