- preparations for db_oracle driver merging:
- change raw query in usrloc code used from nathelper and mediaproxy to use
a compatibility function instead of mysql/ postgres specific functions
- add this compatibility function creation to the mysql and postgres db setup
scripts
- Patch provided from Iouri Kharon, yjh at styx dot cabel dot net
