Summary: Cosmetic fix - proper empty str
Initial Comment:
A proper way to denote an empty str is to use {NULL, 0} and not a {NULL,
<some-not-null-integer>}. Although I don't think it will lead to any serious
issues anyway I think this should be fixed just not to confuse a newbie
OpenSIPS developers (like me for example).
