stir_shaken: Avoid duplicate cleanup on Identity parse errors
Make get_parsed_identity() the sole owner of the parsed_identity
structure and its members, including when parsing fails. This preserves
the unsupported-ppt cleanup added in 80d48a9e4 while keeping all
rejected Identity headers on a single cleanup path.
Credits to Nick Altmann for reporting the issue and suggesting a fix!
