dialog: store CSeq maps on the source leg
Use the leg passed to dlg_update_req_info() when saving an INVITE CSeq mapping.
This lets ACKs for callee-initiated re-INVITEs recover the relayed CSeq instead
of falling back to the destination leg's latest generated value.
Many thanks to @orenh-gh for reporting this issue and proposing the fix.
