json: Add support for serializing boolean values
JSON objects can now store native boolean values through the following
additions:
* new $json_true and $json_false module constants
* new {i.bool} transformation, added for conciseness reasons
So the "JSON boolean toolkit" should be complete. Added unit tests to
support all of the above.
