[tm] fix resuming aysnc jobs which initially were handled in sync mode

if an async() switches to sync mode (due to wrong route type), we use the
t==NULL in the async ctx as marker to discard any furhter attempt to run a
resume on this job.
Real case: async(wait_for_event()) in failure route. The waiting will be
resumed in line, but the EBR subscription (already created) will generate a
resume on timeout -> this must be supressed.
