dialog: use the callee leg INVITE CSeq for the initial ACK
With "auto-prack", the ACK for the 2xx of the initial INVITE was relayed
with the CSeq of the locally generated PRACK: there is no CSeq map for the
initial INVITE, so dlg_onroute() falls back to the destination leg's
last_gen_cseq, which then holds the PRACK CSeq (RFC 3261 13.2.2.4 requires
the INVITE's).
last_gen_cseq is still right after uac_auth() (the INVITE was re-sent with
CSeq+1), so instead of reordering the fallbacks, store the CSeq the INVITE
had on the callee leg when its 2xx arrives (inv_cseq was only kept for the
caller leg) and use it for the ACK of the INVITE that created the dialog.
Covers auto-prack, uac_auth and both combined.
