We've made a significant new release of Harbour today: * Application statistics have been enabled in the Dashboard * You can now submit application details in Chinese (simplified) and Chinese (traditional) * QA can now send messages on application approval Generally there have been some significant backend changes to the QA portion of the Harbour that should permit a smoother submission process.
