Install nemo-qml-plugin-notifications-qt5 (and nemo-qml-plugin-notifications-qt5-devel if you want to use C++ class) package to SDK, as explained in FAQ: https://sailfishos.org/develop/sdk-overview/develop-faq/#how_do_i_add_additional_development_headers
