[SailfishDevel] adding app to harbour fails: compability checkbox is unchecked

I'm trying to add an app to harbour, but the compatibility checkbox 
keeps being unchecked.

it's a noarch rpm, with submission: 
https://harbour.jolla.com/apps/5884b913701712483f680c77 (user AL13N)

Email and guidelines tell me that noarch should be fine.

What's going on? how can i submit this?
