Dear Paul, Thanks for your replay.
My requirement is to append local prefixes(say +123) to the home network number(say 22991076) so that the correct number is +12322991076.Why it is required is without prefix SMSC will reject the MMS notification because of the Routing issue. According to my knowledge unified-prefix only convert the prefix to a single standard form(like convert +123,00123,123 -> +123).Correct me if I am wrong.
