I just added it to the seccomp list. It's needed by Fedora 29 i686. Interesting that I was the first to notice. Fedora 29 has been out for a while.
Please keep an eye out for troubles. There might be some distros with kernels that don't have it. If you find one, add the ifdef. (should be obvious - copy from some nearby code) -- These are my opinions.
