Hey hey :) sending a mail using the exchange server crashes evolution.
I am on Ubuntu Feisty, using the Feisty's Evolution. I compiled Samba4 from this snapshot: ftp://de3.samba.org/pub/samba/samba4/samba-4.0.0tp4.tar.gz, libmapi is 0.4-WARP, openchange-eplugin snapshot 0.1. I _think_ we are using Exchange 2003, I have no idea how to check this, but the IT guy around here said so and the OWA page contains the string '<!--Copyright (c) 2000-2003 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.-->'. Fetching mails is fine (some minor glitches: there seems to be an charset problem, all german umlaute are eaten and viewing the messages source (ctrl + u) yields in Evolution complaining 'Evolution cannot render this email as it is too large to handle. You can view it unformatted or with an external text editor.'. When selecting view unformated, just the messages headers are shown. When saving to disk ('Open with' -> 'Save as...') it says 'Could not write data: Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character' leaving an empty file). Sending mails however results in an segmentation fault, backtrace is shown below (this seems a bit short, not sure why, but the important part is there): Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. [Switching to Thread -1313866864 (LWP 24754)] ModifyRecipients (obj_message=0xb1afb1b8, SRowSet=0x0) at libmapi/IMessage.c:325 325 request.properties = get_MAPITAGS_SRow(mem_ctx, &SRowSet->aRow[0]); I upgraded libmapi and eplugin to SVN head and Samba to 4.0.0tp5 with the same results.
