Hi! I finally took some time to update the Debian packaging for Samba 4 and finish the OpenChange packages for Debian. There are still a couple of issues to fix before these packages are ready to be uploaded to Debians experimental repository (especially on the Samba 4 side of things), but the current versions should already be usable.
I have uploaded binary versions to my personal Debian repository at http://samba.org/~jelmer/debian/. To install them, add the following lines to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openchange.list: deb http://samba.org/~jelmer/debian/ experimental/ deb-src http://samba.org/~jelmer/debian/ experimental/ These binary packages were built against Debian sid, but with a bit of luck they will also work on Ubuntu. This repository is signed with my GPG key; for details on how to add my key to the list of keys trusted by apt, see http://samba.org/~jelmer/debian/. The following openchange-related packages are provided: * openchangeclient (contains all the client utilities) * openchangeserver (doesn't work yet) * libmapi0 * libmapi-dev * libmapiadmin0 * libmapiadmin-dev It should be possible to compile the Exchange plugin if you have the two -dev packages installed. The source of the openchange debian/ directory is located at svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-samba/trunk/openchange. Feedback is welcome :-) Cheers, Jelmer -- Jelmer Vernooij <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> - http://samba.org/~jelmer/ Jabber: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ devel mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.openchange.org/listinfo/devel
