Is the pidl version you've installed the one from the samba4 git
revision and not from an older install? Can you run the following:

$ cd samba/source/pidl && perl Makefile.PL && make && sudo make install

then reinstall openchange ./autogen.sh etc. Just want to get sure you
get the correct pidl version. There are noticeable differences in the
code pidl generates between the svn revision and the git one you've
installed.

Furthermore can you run mapi profile creation with --dump-data and send
the output?

No other way that creating a profile.
