Is the pidl version you've installed the one from the samba4 git revision and not from an older install? Can you run the following: $ cd samba/source/pidl && perl Makefile.PL && make && sudo make install then reinstall openchange ./autogen.sh etc. Just want to get sure you get the correct pidl version. There are noticeable differences in the code pidl generates between the svn revision and the git one you've installed.
