No they are not. Perl bindings only map some of the libmapi C functions
required to perform a trivial fetchmail operation.

They status is incomplete - mostly because we (openchange team) don't
have time to work on this mapping. However we would be grateful for any
contributions making bindings more complete ;-)

IIRC - you would need to browse devel archives - there are (or maybe
just 'has been') attempts to develop Python and Java bindings for
libmapi. However we didn't receive any recent status update or
contributions back.
