Summary: add lcr scripting support for sc.dbtext
Initial Comment:
lcr module in caching mode can work with dbtext:
modparam("lcr","db_mode",1)
Here are a set of scripts that will handle lcr dbtext
tables. Please note that fifo lcr_reload is not
supported for dbtext (it means that if one changes the
lcr dbtext tables, one must restart openser).
