From sip-server, if you downloaded from cvs you can issue:
cvs diff -u modules/unixodbc >../unixodbc-reconnect.patch
Otherwise, you have to use diff tool against the original version:
diff -u modules/unixodbc.orig modules/unixodbc.new
>../unixodbc-reconnect.patch
