I thing such logics should be placed outside the SIP proxy - how to
monitor external entities is not something SIP related. Anyhow, a nice
approach is to have an outside monitoring and load computing logic that
may push info via the DB (for example) to OpenSER.

The new version also needs development on a "watcher" module of sorts. The current module simply spreads the load, and takes machine out of loop on failure, which is good, but calls get dropped from failed server and 30 sec is routed.
If there was sort of a wacthdog or watcher module -
1) one could check status and load of * through openser
2) If the failed server is brought back into the loop openser is "smart" and aware of it.
