Radius is not configured on the instance of OpenSER with this problem.
Recompiled without TLS and the problem remains.
Upon a fresh restart, I was able to complete one call successfully,
however, after the first warning message, no subsequent calls are able
to be completed.
Below is a little <snip> of the log file around the time of the warning
message:
