could you run openser in debug mode and send the log messages? Also,
please get the ngrep of the call to see which messages were sent on the
network.

In "route", if the destination is an empty IP, no any log,
OpenSER hangups the call. In failure_route, if the
destination is an empty IP, r_relay returns 1 and
displays "SUCCESS .... for t_relay"
