Hi Juha,

I'm already working on the second solution as it is more general; to simply things even more, the MI functions will be automatically exported by modules by declaring them in the module_export structure (similar to script functions and module parameters).

today or tomorrow I will commit it on CVS.

regards,
bogdan

in case of domain module, i think i could just test in
reload_domain_table function if db_handle is zero and if so, call
domain_db_init.
so the first solution would work for domain module. the second solution
sounds more general though. like in permissions module, more complex
stuff is done in PROC_FIFO (see
permissions/address.cinit_child_addresses).

do whatever you feel best.
