- API extended with MD5 functions to avoid duplicate of rfc2617.{c,h} in many
auth modules
- rfc2617.{c,h} moved from auth_db here
- support to do authentication using username and password from any kind of
pseudo-variable (obsoletes the auth_avp module submitted by Carsten Bock,
#1689057)
- doc updated
- devel version increased
