- port main.c to the new logging system
- change loglevel in two cases from info to notice, otherwise they will be not
visible because of the default loglevel of notice prior the cfg file parsing
- extend the logging for the PRNG seed process a little bit
- TODO: port of 'memlog' functionality to the new system still missing
