- fixed cancel processing - follow the RFC3261 indication and do all the
time hop by hop cancelling (even for generating the CANCELS).
Now, when a CANCEL is received, it will simply be replied (no fwd) and then
all branched of the corresponding INVITE transaction will be locally
cancelled.
This will fix the auto-from-fixing (when doing uac_replace_from()) of the
CANCEL requests.
Known issue (so far): accouting of CANCEL transactions will fail as they are
not fwd, but locally replied.
