>From past experience, sending calendar invitation to ovirt mailing lists doesn't work well. see https://lists.ovirt.org/pipermail/users/2018-March/087616.html for reference.
I would recommend to track this on https://ovirt.org/events/ by adding the event following https://github.com/OSAS/rh-events/wiki/Adding-and-modifying-events I would also recommend to send personal invitation to oVirt team leads to be sure they see it. If you need to track who's going to join, I would recommend a ticketing system like eventbrite. 2018-04-23 10:36 GMT+02:00 <bkor...@redhat.com>: > more details » > <https://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=VIEW&eid=MHBvcmNoYWQ5YmtzNmlmdWw2M25jNzM5djMgZGV2ZWxAb3ZpcnQub3Jn&tok=MTgjYmtvcnJlbkByZWRoYXQuY29tODBiMjViYzFjZmZhYWYzMmJiNmNlNWU3NTA3OGRjOGQwYmJiNTBhOA&ctz=Asia%2FJerusalem&hl=en&es=0> > oVirt STDCI v2 deep dive > > *When* > Thu Apr 26, 2018 11:00 – 12:00 Jerusalem > *Where* > raanana-04-asia-8-p-vc; https://bluejeans.com/8705030462 (map > <https://maps.google.com/maps?q=raanana-04-asia-8-p-vc;+https://bluejeans.com/8705030462&hl=en> > ) > *Calendar* > devel@ovirt.org > *Who* > • > bkor...@redhat.com - organizer > • > devel@ovirt.org > > Introduction to the 2nd version of oVirt's CI standard - What is it, what > can it do, how to use it and how does it work. > > BJ link: > https://bluejeans.com/8705030462 > <https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fbluejeans.com%2F8705030462&sa=D&usd=2&usg=AFQjCNEElRX6SA9bn6kPQbako_CGx68GmA> > > Going? *Yes > <https://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=RESPOND&eid=MHBvcmNoYWQ5YmtzNmlmdWw2M25jNzM5djMgZGV2ZWxAb3ZpcnQub3Jn&rst=1&tok=MTgjYmtvcnJlbkByZWRoYXQuY29tODBiMjViYzFjZmZhYWYzMmJiNmNlNWU3NTA3OGRjOGQwYmJiNTBhOA&ctz=Asia%2FJerusalem&hl=en&es=0> > - Maybe > <https://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=RESPOND&eid=MHBvcmNoYWQ5YmtzNmlmdWw2M25jNzM5djMgZGV2ZWxAb3ZpcnQub3Jn&rst=3&tok=MTgjYmtvcnJlbkByZWRoYXQuY29tODBiMjViYzFjZmZhYWYzMmJiNmNlNWU3NTA3OGRjOGQwYmJiNTBhOA&ctz=Asia%2FJerusalem&hl=en&es=0> > - No > <https://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=RESPOND&eid=MHBvcmNoYWQ5YmtzNmlmdWw2M25jNzM5djMgZGV2ZWxAb3ZpcnQub3Jn&rst=2&tok=MTgjYmtvcnJlbkByZWRoYXQuY29tODBiMjViYzFjZmZhYWYzMmJiNmNlNWU3NTA3OGRjOGQwYmJiNTBhOA&ctz=Asia%2FJerusalem&hl=en&es=0>* > more options » > <https://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=VIEW&eid=MHBvcmNoYWQ5YmtzNmlmdWw2M25jNzM5djMgZGV2ZWxAb3ZpcnQub3Jn&tok=MTgjYmtvcnJlbkByZWRoYXQuY29tODBiMjViYzFjZmZhYWYzMmJiNmNlNWU3NTA3OGRjOGQwYmJiNTBhOA&ctz=Asia%2FJerusalem&hl=en&es=0> > > Invitation from Google Calendar <https://www.google.com/calendar/> > > You are receiving this courtesy email at the account devel@ovirt.org > because you are an attendee of this event. > > To stop receiving future updates for this event, decline this event. > Alternatively you can sign up for a Google account at > https://www.google.com/calendar/ and control your notification settings > for your entire calendar. > > Forwarding this invitation could allow any recipient to modify your RSVP > response.
