Hi, just had a look at the unanswered threads at the forums:
http://forum.owncloud.org/search.php?search_id=unanswered which are quited a lot (nearly 100 in the last two month). This probably means hundreds of disappointed / frustrated users. I think it doesn't make any sense to answer threads older than two months.
