the original plan was to branch ownCloud 7 into the stable7 branches by the end of last week. Unfortunately we still have a lot of open issues that we want to fix and it creates a lot of additional work to backport every fix. So I will do the branching this Wednesday evening CET. I hope that works for everybody.
