I just created the stable7 branches in all relevant repositories. This means that every fix that should be in ownCloud 7 hast to be fixed in master and afterwards backported to the stable7 branch. Technically master is now open for ownCloud 8 feature development. But I strongly recommend that everybody would still concentrate on bug-fixing. We still have plenty of open issues.
