The ideal way would be to have ffmpeg use stdin/stdout and pipe the only and
output files using oc's fopen.
Using streams should work fine with encryption and give the best performance on
external storaged

I have a working Convert app that converts a video to any format supported by
ffmpeg. It does this through the shell_exec function which calls ffmpeg. This
only works, however, with encryption turned off.
Any advice on how to get this working with encryption on?
