Hello,
I'm developing computing cloud, similar in functionality to OpenStack -
CloudOver. In a nutshell, this is and infarstructure as a service cloud,
which allows to run virtual machines on demand. It aims to deliver
computing cloud as simple as possible, scalable and extensible. I would
like to provide something not so complicated as OpenStack. I was using
some patterns from OpenStack and also form CC1 clouds.
Whole project bases on old CC1 cloud, which was founded by European
Union for Institute of Nuclear Physics in Cracow and was ended in June
this year.
Now I am looking for companies or devs community, who could help with
project's promotion and/or futher development. I tought, that maybe it
would be possible to integrate CloudOver somehow with OwnCloud? Of
course it is not competition for OwnCloud - it aims in a different group
of users, although it is cloud too :)
At this moment the weakest part of whole project is user interface. I'm
rather network and system developer, so html is not my forte, what you
can see in user interface :) If it is possible to find in OwnCloud's
community people, who could help with integration, I think, it would be
great improvement for both projects.
