Hi,
recently a PR was merged, that removed the DEBUG constant from
config.php. Starting with 8.2 (current master of now) this constant does
not have any effect anymore.
Please use the config option `debug` in config.php. See [1] for the
sample.config.php description.
During a upgrade this parameter is migrated from the DEBUG constant. But
be aware if you use multiple config.php files to update them accordingly
to enter debug mode.
