Hi, can't you use a share directory outside the owncloud data/-folder for this purpose? Use the external storage feature: https://doc.owncloud.org/server/8.2/admin_manual/configuration_files/external_storage_configuration_gui.html
"external" is only in reference to the owncloud data/-folder. tflidd Am 28.02.2016 um 11:20 schrieb Stefan Herzog: > Hey! > > I'm on a shared server so I can't modify any groups. > I need 755 to be able to make my CMS get files out of this folder. > The subfolders are 755 as well - or aren't they by default? > > > Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Yours sincerely > > Stefan Herzog > >> Am 28.02.2016 um 10:05 schrieb Chris <[email protected]>: >> >> Hi, >> >> i don't think that you should work with 755 at all.
