It appears that one of the owncloud.org ipv6 hosts is down, and as a
result i am unable to download the latest stable release (according to
my web host). server: (2a01:4f8:130:806f::5)

here was my web host's recommendation to me:
"Bring the issue to the attention of the Owncloud maintainers, ie tell them that
their updates are broken because owncloud.org isn't responding on its IPv6 address
(2a01:4f8:130:806f::5)."
any help would be greatly appreciated.
