I did a fresh

*repo init -u https://github.com/seL4/camkes-vm-manifest
<https://github.com/seL4/camkes-vm-manifest> *

so I am using the latest default.xml

Now I can get a bit further - although still not all the way - here is the

and then the system as far as I can tell hangs - no serial or VGA output.

What could be the cause?
