One more aspect that i wanted to point out that is more related to OpenOffice and not to Ulteo would be the configuration in which the openoffice runs. When you want to run openoffice with minimum footprints, you may want to configure it to load with specific attributes. With your own OVD installation, it may be possible to tweak openoffice to run to your configuration. Moreover you could write openoffice extensions which would be available to your customers. Again Ulteo opens a lot of possibilities which will not be available in a conventional SaaS environment.
