Nope. It doesn't calculate standard deviations at the moment. It's a
good idea though. I seem to recall there's a way to calculate a standard
deviation on-the-fly that doesn't require all the values to be kept.
Something about accumulating the squares of the values. [...digs...]

Odd. That was added a while ago. You'll need to upgrade to the head of
svn trunk anyway to get the treemaps.
