Summary: Tabs don't work (intermittent)
Initial Comment:
Lately I get tab freezes in NEdit. If it happens I can neither activate another
tab nor close it using mouse actions. Using the menu works and unfreezes NEdit.
This *is* my patched version, but I'm not aware of any recent change in this
area.

I've also noticed nedit compiled with the latest code in CVS sometimes
gets frozen when I try to close using mouse action. Had thought this was a
system problem.
