it seems that the display problem that Ossama Khayat had was related somehow to GGV, because the files when viewed with gv come out fine. i have tried this several times now, GGV does not show the arabic text (in some mysterious files only), while gv shows them fine.
Ossama, can you confirm this too ? open the file you sent me with gv.
IMO, this is not an arabic related bug in GGV, this is a general bug, related to multiple encodings or something!!! i dont know how to regenerate the bug, i only have some buggy .ps files
