Hey Knut, This seem like a bug that was reported on the forum as well. Please see http://dev.opensplice.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=48 Check that out, i think it is the same issue. It could help to indicate on that bug that you suffer from the same issue, so that priority could potentially be increased. In the IDL we use sequence<octet> to realize that.If we transmit sequences with 1mb size everything works fine. If we change the size to somethin like 1mb +- 0...1kb our application crashes after a short period of time. It transmits about 5 messages and seem to hvae some kind of memory leak. The topics keylist consists just of a constant ID. So there should only be one instance. We found a similar problem in the forum where they mention "size buckets". http://forums.opensplice.org/index.php?/topic/931-segmentation-fault-error/ Any suggestions what our problem might be? The log says: Memory claim denied: required size (1004160) exceeds available resources (1009056)! regards Knut _______________________________________________ OpenSplice DDS Developer Mailing List [email protected] Subscribe / Unsubscribe http://dev.opensplice.org/mailman/listinfo/developer |
