Hello Santosh,

        DDS is fully distributed by nature. There is no server that mediates 
communication (like brokers in traditional messaging) thus High Availability is 
the default option -- Cool, isn't it?

That said, you can broker DDS traffic if convenient to do so, for instance when 
integrating systems across a WAN etc. For OpenSplice you'd use its Gatway to do 
so, yet high availability can be reached by just deploying multiple instances 
of the Gateway.
