I may have misunderstood you Michał, but what is wrong with having the content presented in the menus etc in the original language (English or Spanish here) while the menu actions etc are in the user's language (e.g. French)? i.e. I would expect genres/categories like "politics" or "news", and actions like "play", "pause" or "search" to be translated, but the TV show titles to be left as is (e.g. "Larry King Live").
