Though Sunlight as an organization is focused on the US, we'd have no objection to a UK organization using TransparencyCorps to attract help. TransparencyCorps is just a users-and-points system you can integrate on top of a separate app, so once you have a transparency project up and rolling, I'd recommend you add TransparencyCorps support to it as one of several vectors for getting people involved.
