I set up the petition, and the reason I went with the 'for non profits' 
approach is that it's a more realistic aim for the short term - RM are much 
more likely to go for giving away a revenue stream that doesn't exist than 
giving away a very profitable one. I agree that we should be looking at freeing 
the postcode for all sectors long term, but this is more looking at the short 
term problem (i.e. lots of useful sites being taken down)
