You may be right, though the effort in the database right may be directed at verification. I have no idea if the Royal Mail expend substantial effort on that. The problem is that it is claimed by RM who will litigate over it and unless someone has the stomach to fight the point at considerable risk to themselves, then we are where we are. -- Francis Davey
