Wow, love it. I noticed a couple of other capitalisation things (UN, in pticlr). My personal suggestion would be lowercase everything but the first letter and then lookup exceptions (which will mainly be place names, I'd guess). But it's hardly major.
The only functionality thing that struck me was that I couldn't click on the headers to sort the list of all the EDMs relating to my MP in one session — the ones he'd proposed and seconded were buried a long way down. Whilst (obviously) sorting would be better, just chucking the proposed and seconded ones to the top would be an improvement (that I guess wouldn't be too non-trivial). But great work, Matt.
