That's very common (and is given on TheyWorkForYou at http://www.theyworkforyou.com/debate/?id=2009-10-14a.363.0 ). There's no actual problem, I think it just means the time for the division is coming to an end and they should hurry up. There's been no issue (beyond the usuals) with the parsing of the source material in to the XML that TheyWorkForYou and Public Whip both use, it's simply that Public Whip appears to have had a problem today importing the data; I'm sure it'll be there shortly.
