For democratic purposes it seems like the most critical datasets are
Code-Point (postcode -> polygon mapping) and Boundary-Line
(administrative zones -> polygon mapping), though the full address
mapping would be nice for accuracy. The raster and vector maps (I
remember a while back someone was talking about looking at common land
data, but it being resticted by OS licensing) would also be nice for
other community applications.
