But if someone proposed 'direct email is the only way' (they want a separate
email address)
and they propose chunks of 10 reports per email
and each report is 150-200 KB
and there are 250 or so reports...

Would WDTK site be able to cope? I don't see that this is a big deal, but I
want to be able to state that to them definitively.

I'm trying to avoid them taking the 'only direct email (non-WDTK) is
possible' route and therefore 'lack of transparency' option.
